The area is officially the sunniest part of the UK, surrounded by green countryside, wildlife, plenty of beaches and all the amazing castles and history from 1066 Battle of Hastings (Norman conquest of England). The living room opens into your private conservatory, where you can make yourselves comfortable at the table with chairs and enjoy leisurely grill evenings.

The cottage consists of a living and dining room with ample daylight and an integrated, open kitchen, as well as a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a second loft bedroom and an additional separate bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a stereo system and a round, wooden dining table with four chairs. The white built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with the latest appliances including a dishwasher, ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size double bed (180 x 200cm) and the large loft bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm)that can be pushed together. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a modern shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. The separate bathroom next to the living room is fitted the same, except it has a bath with a shower attachment. There is also a washing machine in the entrance area for your convenience. A highchair for a toddler and a safe for your valuables are available. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable fast wireless Internet connection in the holiday cottage can be used free of charge.

If you do not wish to go on holiday without your pet, it is also welcome on request. Dogs can run around freely on the enclosed site.

Amazing walks around Hastings Country Park nature reserve, right on the door step. 15 minute walk to the beach at Covehurst Bay through a glen, waterfalls and wildlife. It will take 45 minutes to walk from the cottage into Hastings via the nature reserve trails. As the cottage is located in the countryside, a car is advisable. Local bus’s run into Hastings and the rail station every 15 minutes, or a taxi costs just £7.
