As part of your reservation, a damage deposit of 250.00 is required. This will be fully refunded within 10 working days after check out, provided there is no damage to the property and our house rules have been followed.

– check-out times are strictly at 10am.
If you want to request a late check – out please let us know in advance and late check-out will be charged extra fees.

– Strictly no parties/ Large gathering.

– No extra guests staying over in the property.

– Please respect the property and no redecorating.

– Any damages done to the property will be charged

– Keep noise levels down, during quiet hours, Please respect the neighbours.

-Check-in is at 3pm but if you want to request early check-in, please let us know in advance and early check in will be charged extra fees.

– Cancellations will incur a fee
